PROJECT 177 OF 188

Challenge

The department required an updated, accredited executive curriculum in technology commercialisation and intellectual property management to serve international delegations of technology transfer officers, corporate executives, and university leaders. The institution faced increasing pressure to bridge academic discovery with commercial adoption, requiring structured governance, clear IP policies, and multi-disciplinary collaboration frameworks to overcome traditional research silos.

The Oracle's Solution

Oxford Oracle co-designed and delivered an advanced, Alliance for Technology Transfer Professionals (ATTP)-accredited executive masterclass series. The curriculum integrated real-world case studies, hands-on negotiation simulations, venture valuation exercises, and expert-led panels on global licensing strategies. Oxford Oracle deployed a multidisciplinary advisory team to execute comprehensive technical due diligence, design bespoke commercialisation roadmaps, and establish standardized stage-gate evaluation metrics.

Consequential Impact

The programme successfully upskilled over 350 senior innovation managers across 25 countries. Participant feedback scored a 98% excellence rating, and participating institutions reported a 180% increase in successful licensing deals within two years of completion. Furthermore, the engagement established a permanent, scalable operational blueprint, driving long-term strategic alignment, continuous revenue growth, and enhanced institutional reputation across global innovation networks.
