PROJECT 117 OF 188

Challenge

Oxford Oracle was commissioned to deliver a training, mentorship and project support programme for a newly established technology commercialisation office in southern Asia. The client encountered complex market positioning and operational challenges in commercialising high-potential intellectual property assets while navigating tight regulatory standards and evolving international competition.

The Oracle's Solution

Oxford Oracle developed a programme with mixture activities to combine theoretical frameworks with real-life projects focusing on achieving tangible results in a short timeframe. Oxford Oracle deployed a multidisciplinary advisory team to execute comprehensive technical due diligence, design bespoke commercialisation roadmaps, and establish standardized stage-gate evaluation metrics.

Consequential Impact

The university network for industry collaboration and academic partnerships was able to develop a systematic approach in evaluating, protecting and marketing university IPs. Several of the university network's projects signed deals with commercial partners including leading international companies in their respective fields.

Furthermore, the engagement established a permanent, scalable operational blueprint, driving long-term strategic alignment, continuous revenue growth, and enhanced institutional reputation across global innovation networks.
