A Major National Training Fund, Contracted by a Small Business Development Agency

Following previous successful collaborations with a major national training fund and sponsorship organization, Oxford Oracle worked with companies in the Asian aerospace industry as part of a capacity and capability-building programme to promote and achieve sustainable growth. The institution sought to optimize its tech transfer governance and accelerate high-impact commercial outcomes.

Oxford Oracle and a major national training fund and sponsorship organization developed a training programme to demonstrate what is required to become a leading player in the global aerospace supply chain. It comprised a five-day residential programme, hosted at a specialist postgraduate university, which addressed the unmet needs and knowledge area gaps of each company. The themes included: innovation, operational efficiency and communications. Oxford Oracle delivered specialized advisory, IP valuation, and commercialisation roadmapping.

As a result, the SMEs created more viable market entry strategies and prioritised clear objectives aligned with risks and opportunities. The companies are now in a much stronger position to achieve the ambitious goals set by a small business development agency. This engagement established a scalable framework driving long-term institutional growth.
