Challenge

a regional technology development committee (the technology committee), MENA Innovation audits within several universities in MENA. The client encountered complex market positioning and operational challenges in commercialising high-potential intellectual property assets while navigating tight regulatory standards and evolving international competition.

The Oracle's Solution

  • Establishment and management of a technology proof-of-concept fund
  • Oxford Oracle provided support and guidance for the establishment of a Proof-of-Concept Fund to support the development and commercialisation of selected technology projects from MENA universities and research establishments.
  • Oxford Oracle conducted a one-day Intellectual Property (IP) policy workshop in 2016
  • This included a study of the existing IP documents from which we identified training for inclusion in the workshop. Oxford Oracle deployed a multidisciplinary advisory team to execute comprehensive technical due diligence, design bespoke commercialisation roadmaps, and establish standardized stage-gate evaluation metrics.
