The national engineering academy runs the yearly Enterprise Hub Programme, selecting up to 30 Hub Members who receive generous financial support and comprehensive training in business skills. Since 2019, Oxford Oracle has been the provider of this training.

Over the course of 12 days, the selected cohort of Hub members receives tailored support in the following areas: 1) Business modelling 2) Market research 3) Being adaptive in business 4) Marketing and Sales 5) Operations and Leadership 6) Negotiation and Profiling 7) Finance 8) Regulatory approval 9) Intellectual Property 10) Human Resources and the Law 11) Pitching to attract investment and secure customers All training outlines theory and best practice in all these areas before delivering bespoke, practical support to grow the business of each awardee.
Consequential Impact
Throughout the programme, all awardees develop practical skills and plan strategies for their business. The success of the programme is indicated by the fact that all the companies continue to thrive and attract investment. Every year, all awardees report advanced levels of professional development on completion of the programme.
