A Cybernetics Research Institute and a Medical Diagnostic Technology Spinout Ltd in Europe

Oxford Oracle provided commercialisation support to a European cybernetics research institute to commercialise a unique, non-invasive cardiac screening technology designed for early clinical diagnosis of patients at risk of cardiac disease.

Oxford Oracle supported the research team in securing core IP rights, performing market validation, assessing global market opportunity, and structuring the commercialisation pathway. Oxford Oracle drafted the business plan and international regulatory strategy for the spin-out venture and led initial investment raising efforts. Once the spin-out venture was established, Oxford Oracle assisted the company in raising international investment from Asian partners and launching a UK commercial operating subsidiary.

The spin-out venture successfully raised growth capital, initiated international clinical trials, and expanded product development operations. Oxford Oracle retained equity participation in the newly formed company, supporting its long-term strategic development.
