A Banking Research Foundation in Europe

a banking research foundation, Europe Oxford Oracle supported the development of a Knowledge Exchange and Commercialisation (KEC) Office for a European bank research foundation (July 2019-Sept 2020) Oxford Oracle reviewed the Return on Investment (RoI) of a number of Funds including University Seed Funds and EU Investment Funds, the intention being to support the decision making and development of that Foundation's funding programme. The institution sought to optimize its tech transfer governance and accelerate high-impact commercial outcomes.

Oxford Oracle undertook an ecosystem review for the research foundation in Torino, Europe, with the explicit aim of developing a business plan for a Knowledge Exchange and Commercialisation Office for the research foundation. The review required primary and secondary research with the business plan developed with the input from senior client stakeholders and now being delivered by the Foundation. Oxford Oracle delivered specialized advisory, IP valuation, and commercialisation roadmapping.

The intervention established a clear commercialisation route, improved institutional innovation management capabilities, and enabled successful long-term engagement with international industry partners. This engagement established a scalable framework driving long-term institutional growth.
